Shipping Manager Suite
The Shipping Manager application suite schedules deliveries, docks trailers,
and assigns product units to specific trailers before feeding this information back to your
plant scheduler in order to close the loop. In addition, the system then tracks the movement of
units - whether they are stacks of sheets or boxes - through the entire manufacturing process to the
point where they are loaded onto the proper trailer for delivery to the customer.

We can also provide your fork truck drivers with wireless network access that
places both production and trailer lineup information at their fingertips in real-time. At any
given moment, we can tell you what unit went on which trailer at what date and time. We can even
alert a fork truck driver that they are placing a unit on the wrong trailer. The combination of
these features provides you with unit level inventory tracking and immedicate access to both order
status and history - all of which are necessary to support e-commerce.


Order Manager
The Order Manager application is designed to allow plant personnel to view
order information including production and shipping data for multiple customers. Customer
Representatives can easily tailor the view by multiple criteria or different customers and use the
system to view detailed production and shipping information including when the order was produced,
loaded, shipped and what trailer it was on. The Order Manager also allows plant personnel to
view corporate download results.
